Mission Control is Market Rocket Ltd's proprietary platform for managing the Amazon Seller Central and Advertising accounts of our agency clients. It unifies performance reporting, Brand Analytics insights, advertising optimisation, and client workflow into a single internal workspace used exclusively by authorised Market Rocket staff.
Market Rocket is a UK-based Amazon agency managing the Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising accounts of brands selling on Amazon. Mission Control is the internal platform our team uses every day to deliver that service.
Rather than stitching together generic CRM, spreadsheet, and BI tools, we built Mission Control to match exactly how an Amazon agency operates: by client, by marketplace, across Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and third-party research tools, with role-based access for Owner, Admin, and User staff.
The platform is used exclusively by authorised Market Rocket employees operating under a written services agreement with each client. It is not sold, licensed, sublicensed, or made accessible to clients or any third party.
Daily revenue, orders, units, sessions, and traffic aggregated across every client marketplace. Portfolio roll-ups and per-ASIN drill-downs with 24-hour data-freshness guarantees.
Search Query Performance, Top Search Terms, Market Basket Analysis, and Demographics data pulled into client dashboards to inform keyword strategy and category positioning.
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display metrics — impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, and new-to-brand — with full ACOS/TACOS diagnostics.
FBA inventory reconciled against active listings to prevent ghost-SKU double-counting, with days-of-cover calculations and restock-risk flagging.
Integration with Data Dive for niche research, ranking juice analysis, competitor tracking, and search-volume trending alongside first-party Amazon data.
Custom audience builds, halo-effect measurement, path-to-purchase analysis, and new-to-brand attribution via AMC SQL workflows.
Client ticket tracking, Amazon case drafting templates, Gmail triage, and task management all keyed to each client account.
Anthropic Claude-powered analyst ("Astronaut") that answers performance questions using live client data and an internal knowledge base of Amazon best practice.
Market Rocket is engaged by a Seller as their Amazon account service provider under a signed services agreement. The Seller authorises Selling Partner API and Advertising API access through Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow. Credentials are stored encrypted in our EU-hosted database.
Mission Control's backend workers pull Orders, Sales & Traffic, Inventory, Brand Analytics, and Advertising reports on scheduled intervals (typically daily). No data is retrieved beyond what is required to operate the client's account and deliver agreed services.
Data is processed into performance dashboards, weekly and monthly client reports, advertising optimisation decisions, and strategic recommendations delivered by the Market Rocket account team. End-consumer PII is not ingested or stored.
Reports and insights are delivered to clients via email, scheduled calls, and shared documents. Clients do not access Mission Control directly; their Amazon data is used solely to deliver the contracted agency services and is purged 30 days after contract termination.
Mission Control is a proprietary internal tool. It is not sold as a standalone product, SaaS subscription, or licensed software. The analytical capabilities described above are delivered to Amazon Sellers exclusively through a Market Rocket agency engagement, priced as follows.
A mid-sized UK-only client with approximately 200 SKUs and £80,000/month in Amazon sales would typically engage Market Rocket under a £4,500/month retainer plus 8% commission on advertising-attributed sales. Additional project work (for example, a seasonal creative refresh) would be quoted separately at contract or on request.
All pricing is quoted and agreed in a signed services agreement before any API access is established or work commences. API access is revoked on contract termination and client data purged within 30 days.
All client data is stored in Supabase's EU-West (London) region. Application code is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. No data is replicated outside the UK/EU without explicit client consent.
TLS 1.3 for all network traffic. AES-256 encryption at rest for the database. API refresh tokens held as service-role secrets in Cloudflare Workers environment, never exposed to the client-side application.
Role-based access with three levels (Owner, Admin, User). Row-level security enforced at the database layer. Sign-in restricted via Google OAuth to marketrocket.co.uk domain accounts.
Mission Control adheres to Amazon's Data Protection Policy for SP-API and Advertising API applications. End-consumer Personally Identifiable Information is not retained or exported. API rate limits and access scopes are respected.
Client data is retained only for the duration of the active agency engagement. On termination, API tokens are revoked and client data is purged within 30 days, subject to UK legal retention requirements for invoicing records.
Market Rocket Ltd acts as data processor for client Amazon data under a written data processing agreement. Data subject requests and Data Protection Officer contact available on request via mission.control@marketrocket.co.uk.
